REGULATORY AGILITY
OF PORT ACTIVITIES
Under the Law no. 15-02 and standing as the Port’s Authority, the Agency ensures compliance with regulatory provisions,
the proper functioning of the sector and seeks to establish conditions conducive to the competitiveness of the port
sector to serve Moroccan foreign trade.
The Agency’s regulatory policy for the national port sector The licensing system has experienced the same dynamism,
is based on an innovative approach built on (i) conception, bringing the number of licenses granted since the
elaboration and implementation of regulatory reference establishment of the Agency to 235, distributed as follows:
