The port is located on the Mediterranean Sea. Longitude West 2°25' and latitude north: 35°08'. Kebdana Ras is a small fishing village built on the flank of a mountain. The port is located about 400 m east of the rocky headland of Ras El Ma.
This headland is a rocky outcrop located about 60 km east of the city of Nador. 4 km north of the headland, are the Zafarines islands that serve as shelter for fishermen when swells are too strong.
The port is accessible from the Mediterranean bypass through a wide road under construction that goes through the village of Ras Kebdana.
History
Construction of the port began in 1979. The operation of the port began in 1982. The port is since used for fishing and other recreational activities.
